Please email us within 24 hours if you have not received your order but the tracking status shows delivered. If you do not contact us within 24 hours since the order was marked as delivered, we will not be able to assist you in this issue. In case if you have received defective skins, you can apply for a free replacement of defective Skins. You have two days from the date of product delivered to apply for a replacement. You must have the skin is in unused condition with packing material and Invoice.
